- Black, powder-coated steel.
- Fits standard 6.5″ oval grommet lights, with pre-drilled mounting holes for mounting flanged lights. (Not compatible with 823RTL-7.)
- May be bolted or welded in place.
- May be used horizontally or vertically.
- Grommet-mount lights require 421-18 grommet to for installation.
