The Crackdown is the third and final segment of the Hooked On Hispanics trilogy from the Latino Fan Club.
At L.I.C.K.I.T., a halfway house drug rehabilitation center, the Latinos are still trying to get off drugs and the illicit aphrodisiac still flourishes. It is now making its way to Gotham and spreading quickly as word of its mysterious powers are taking hold.
The plot continues: Judge Knott (who sits around his place in a black robe) and Dr. Greengloves are indeed in cahoots to funnel young Puerto Ricans into the drug program, where they’re given the experimental drug.
