• Driver-side Cab Panel – 1.5″

• Passenger-side Cab Panel – 1″ (narrower to accommodate DPF clearance)

• Bunk Panels – 2″

• Rear Sleeper Filler Panel – Spans the full width of the sleeper rear

• Bunk Mounting Kit – For proper panel support (KW sleepers lack a built-in mounting ledge)

Why the Different Cab Panel Widths?

We’re often asked:

“Why is the driver-side panel 1.5 inches wide?”

That’s because from the factory, KW Flat Glass cabs have a 1/2″ offset between the mounting points of the cab and sleeper. Our kit is precision-designed to follow that profile, ensuring all panels align perfectly and produce a clean, professional finish with seamless lines.
