Early Native Americans hung hollowed-out gourds from tree limbs around their villages to attract martins to nesting homes similar to those in tree cavities. Our martin house pin is hand cast in solid, lead-free pewter. All swallow house pins have a US made, military style clasp back to keep your pin secure on a binocular strap, coat, or hat. The birdhouse pins arrive packaged on our signature presentation cards, making them ready for gift-giving!
