The maple tree is a symbol of strength and endurance. According to historians, the maple leaf became a symbol of Canada as early as the 1700s, with it coming to symbolize unity, tolerance, and peace. Our maple leaf pin is hand cast in solid, lead-free pewter and then dipped in 22K gold. All of our leaf pins have a US made, military style clasp backing that keeps it secure on a coat, hat, bag, or lanyard.
